The Lodge - Game Design Document

Barbary Coast Concept Document

This is an example of a Concept Design for one of my own Original IP Concepts. It is based in the Barbary Coast, California. In a time where pirates reign and the last vestiges of their creed have fled the Caribbean to the Barbary Coast of San Francisco. it is a tale of mystery, intrigue, and well piracy of course!

Barbary Coast Story Mission Overview

This is another example of writing from my Original IP Concept Barbary Coast. This is the Story Mission Overview. It's purpose is to give a brief rundown of what occurs on a high concept level within each of the main missions.

Barbary Coast Character Document Albert

This is another example of the game writing process Character Design. In this document I discuss the overview of Albert Hicks the Player Character. This document is supposed to provide the team with an overall idea and rundown of what the character is like.

Barbary Coast Character Document The Professor

This is another example of the game writing process Character Design. In this document I discuss the overview of The Professor the Villain. This document is supposed to provide the team with an overall idea and rundown of what the character is like.

Barbary Coast Character Document Helen

This is another example of the game writing process Character Design. In this document I discuss the Ooverview of Helen Hunt the sidekick. This document is supposed to provide the team with an overall idea and rundown of what the character is like.

Barbary Coast Cutscene Blocking

This is an example of cutscene blocking for the Barbary Coast. It takes the main three cutscenes from the B\beginning, middle, and end of the game and blocks them out for animators. This is a very small example of how it would be written for a much larger game.

We The People Script

We The People, is a script that I wrote a few years ago about three separate people all dealing with traumas of life. It is a tragedy of what America is today.

Warning: This script has graphic depictions of violence, rape, and other traumatizing events.

To Boldly Go - Short Story

This is a short story I wrote about time travel. I had this concept a very long time ago as a kid, I finally put it to the page. This is one of my favorite pieces that I have written.
